The hotel was nicely presented and lovely with courteous personnel in all areas. A double room for family with kids n breakfsst was the best. Everything was good, I loved that. The property's location was comfy in a dull neighborhood. Also, Fujisan Dragon Tower was 2 miles away from the venue.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a few minutes on foot from the train station and with easy access by car. The staff was friendly and helpful, with good communication skills in English. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and even when we arrived late, the kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure we still had a meal.

The lack of a convenient store nearby was inconvenient, especially at night when we had to walk a few minutes in the cold. despite receiving confirmation that a rice cooker would be provided, it was not provided upon our arrival.

The basic amenities in the room were more than enough for a comfortable stay, and the fact that breakfast was included was a definite bonus. The hotel also caters to families with kids, which is great for those traveling with little ones. this hotel offers great value for money, with attention to detail and a convenient location.
